When you send an enquiry through our website, we collect the details you choose to share — such as your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, number of travellers and any notes about your trip. When you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled within WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

Our website also records basic, anonymous usage information, such as which pages are visited and when the WhatsApp button is clicked, so that we can understand what is useful to visitors and improve the site.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, plan and quote your safari, and make the bookings you ask us to make. When you confirm a trip, we share the necessary details with the lodges, camps and service providers involved in your itinerary. We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to plan and deliver your trip and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.
